Challenge
The CIT fashion department runs the biggest fashion event on the ACT calendar. They required branding and marketing for their graduating fashion parade, 12th Hour.

Process
Through discussions with the organising committee, Voodoo developed a branding strategy to carry across all marketing of the event. From here we created a logo, shot the photography and developed a strong visual message which was communicated and reinforced consistently through all marketing material created for the event.

Result
The branding and marketing which Voodoo developed for the parade was a key factor in what was quickly a sell out event.

Challenge
The Canberra Theatre Centre required design of marketing materials for the Sydney Theatre Company’s production of The Year of Magical Thinking.

Process
Voodoo presented the theatre’s marketing team with three strong and varied poster and title treatment concepts. The selected concept was later developed into a full suite of marketing collateral.

Result
The result of this project was an extremely happy client. From the first concepts presented for which the Marketing Manager wrote to us and said “I just have to say that the horizontal ‘movie’ style poster you guys designed for The Year of Magical Thinking is THE most beautiful piece of marketing collateral I have seen in years”, right through to a lovely suite of final promotional materials.

Challenge
Coffee Guru required a logo redesign, a fun, clean and functional website, and franchise marketing material for their expanding coffee brand.

Process
Voodoo developed the existing Coffee Guru logo and added character to the brand. The new look was then applied to a clean and intuitive website design which was eye catching and distinct.

Result
Voodoo Creative was attentive to the needs of Coffee Guru in their branding and website development. We listened closely and believe we have developed a brand identity and web presence which is attractive to all stakeholders.

Challenge
The Canberra Theatre Centre asked Voodoo to develop a title treatment and marketing suite for the smash-hit West End comedy, Elling.

Process
Voodoo captured the quirky nature of the show through a captivating, clean, but slightly offbeat design for the show.

Result
With the help of some clever graphics, Elling got the Playhouse laughing with sell out shows over a number of nights.

Challenge
The YWCA of Canberra required us to design collateral to highlight Navigate, a free counselling service offered to young people and their families in Canberra.

Process
We designed a brochure that was colourful and attractive to encourage young people to pick it up and read it. The brochure also had look that would appeal to parents who may be assisting their son or daughter through a difficult time.

Result
Navigate has been well received and further promotional material has been developed including lanyards, temporary tattoos and a parent card.

Challenge
Voodoo was approached to develop a brand for John Prutti, a local motocross champion. John wanted to increase his number of sponsors and thought the best way to do this would be through developing promotional gear that got him noticed.

Process
Voodoo worked with John to design a logo, stationery, an information brochure, a sponsorship benefits flyer, posters, postcards, and stickers.

Result
Following our branding, John was approached by Red Bull, one of his dream sponsors, and is now in negotiations with them. He has also recently been taken on by Yamaha as a team rider. Congratulations John!

Challenge
The Southern Cross Health Club is a community focussed health and fitness centre operating in Canberra. They contracted Voodoo to create the entirety of their marketing materials in a bid to become the undisputed market leader in the Canberra region.

Process
Voodoo has designed flyers, banners, brochures, posters, developed the club’s website and even produced a number of television commercials. Our web specialists have bolstered the club’s profile and increased leads through the implementation of web marketing systems, while our design team have been key in assisting the club to win a number of awards with their notable submission documents.

Result
Since partnering with Voodoo, the Southern Cross Health Club have doubled their membership numbers and have received prestigious awards such as the ACT Fitness Centre of the Year 2007 and Australian Fitness Centre of the Year 2008.

Challenge
After the successful completion of multiple youth projects that Voodoo has designed for YWCA in the past, they now wanted to employ our creative team to assist with repositioning their corporate image, and to create a special logo for their celebration of 80 years. The YWCA wanted to increase their profile across Canberra, highlight their initiatives, and bolster membership numbers.

Process
Voodoo developed concept imagery for the four main streams of the YWCA of Canberra and applied these across a number of mediums including the annual report, a desk calendar, and corporate stationery. The logo Voodoo designed for the 80 year celebration maintained the recognisable image of the YWCA logo, but added something special to mark the occasion.

Result
The strengthened, fresh and revitalised image of an organisation established in a long tradition was celebrated by the YWCA of Canberra staff.

Challenge
JV Financial Group required a brand update, and later, the development of further material to assist with the implementation of their new image. The material was to appeal to a precise target market while communicating in a creative manner.

Process
Voodoo Creative developed a strong visual concept for the company and carried this image through to a new website, corporate stationery, e-marketing, television advertising, and promotional collateral that reinforce the brand identity.

Result
The developed material was stunning in terms of visual dimensions, functional in terms of communication and appealed to key target markets while promoting the services and brand identity of JV Financial Group.

Challenge
As an independent business law firm operating in Canberra, Goodman Law required the design of a corporate profile booklet and brochure to promote their firm and their services.

Process
Voodoo designed a booklet which outlined the services offered by Goodman Law. This was complemented with striking DL brochures that relayed key information found in the booklet. Voodoo handled the print management for these products as well as stock photograph sourcing for the images required.

Result
The design and printing managed by Voodoo made the process simple for Goodman Law, who were extremely pleased with how the booklet turned out.
