Client Relationship Assistant

Duties include:
• Assisting Account Managers and Sales Manager with ongoing client relationship management and administration
• Liaise with clients and design staff to ensure a smooth project process and exceptional design outcomes
• Assist with proposal, pitch and RFT preparation
• Liaise with printers and other organisations to deliver solutions for our clients
• And many other tasks centred around providing exceptional service and solutions to our clients

The successful candidate will be a professionally presented individual who is organised, down to earth, possessing a strong work ethic, and skilled in project management and communication.

Web Designer / Developer (Junior)

If you have an interest in Design and Development, then this is the role for you. Voodoo Creative is a highly innovative design agency that has an opportunity for a Junior Web Designer & Developer to join our team.

The position would require being able to respond to briefs, work on feedback from client, and carry jobs from concept to completion. To deliver results requires a mixture of creativity, process and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Multi-Media Manager and Creative Director, this position will see you involved in the conceptual layout, design and development of Web based applications as well as Print based marketing materials and branding solutions. This exciting and varied role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your design and coding skills.

To be successful, you will be an exceptional communicator, have a passion for designing and developing web solutions, maintain a strong work ethic and be a team player. In terms of technologies, you will have an understanding of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS, along with software packages including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
