Challenge
The Australian Government Department of Health and Aging contracted the Royal College of Nursing Australia to manage the development of the Scholar Support Systems website, an online resource of information, forms, forums, support and events for recipients of Australian Government nursing scholarships.

Process
The site required a clean and professional design with many functions available to scholarship recipients and site administrators. The development incorporates scholarship recipient log ins to access secure document downloads, a forum, a calendar of events, and news. The back end of the site contains an integrated content management system and e-marketing tools for ease of management of the online resource.

Result
The management systems for scholarship recipients have been streamlined through this online resource, making scholarship payments, communication, and access of valuable information easy for the user.
